Last Sun is going down !!

I Am the New Year
I am the new year. I am an unspoiled page in your book of time.
I am your next chance at the art of living. I am your opportunity to practice what you have learned about life during the last twelve months.
All that you sought and didn’t find is hidden in me, waiting for you to search it but with more determination.
All the good that you tried for and didn’t achieve is mine to grant when you have fewer conflicting desires.
All that you dreamed but didn’t dare to do, all that you hoped but did not will, all the faith that you claimed but did not have—these slumber lightly, waiting to be awakened by the touch of a strong purpose.
I am your opportunity to renew your allegiance to Him who said, "Behold, I make all things new."

My New Year's Resolution

What is your new Year's Resolutions

So the 2008 is going, does it really mean to us? I think instead of celebrating the new year we should look behind what we have done in the previous year e.g.

*How many wars we have created?
*How much money we spent?
*How much we helped needy people?
*Do we have any plans for the new year?
*How much we borrowed the money and forget or ignored to return?
*Where we were in 2008 and where we will be in 2009?
*Does our existence will remain?

*How much sins we did in last year and will keep doing in the next year?
*Have we robbed someone in the past and will do it again?

Is there any pending thoughts in our hearts and minds which we planned to do in Jan 2008, then January passed February came its gone, March, April, ……December is in and still that promise or good deed is still not fulfilled.

When we are going to ask ourselves that how far we will go with this kind of life, If we are doing something bad and our inner person is telling us that stop it now but we don’t listen him and keep ignoring him, we are mean to ourselves? If the inner alarm is DEAD then its mean that we required to step out and start working towards the human being.

Build, Help, Love, Share, worship the only one Lord Allah and fallow the real path of his last prophet Mohammad (PBUH). PEACE

My New Year’s Resolution:

*I will quit smoking

*I will stop drinking
*I will start helping others more
*I will be more organized
*I will get married : )
*I will learn something new
*I will start praying regularly and ask to forgive my sins
*I will not create anymore wars and try to build this world
*I will be honest with me
*I will explore more about Islam and other religions
*I will seek the right path
*I will show and invite others about the right path
*I will fallow Allah’s last prophet’s path towards peace and heaven and will show others as well
*I will pray for others
*I will look for people to help
*I will take care of my neighbors
*I will stop living non Islamic Life
*I will ask for forgiveness from the Allah
*I will take care more to my parents
*InshAllah I will try do this all if I stay alive in tomorrow (2009).

Reopening of Marriot Hotel Islamabad Pakistan

3 MONTHS AFTER BOMBING
Marriott reopens in Islamabad !!
Three months later, an army of 2,000 laborers have restored the hotel to its former luster. A grand piano and glistening chandeliers grace the new lobby. The old one, which had a glass atrium, shattered in the attack.
The facility located near Pakistan's parliament and other key government buildings -- is also now surrounded by a massive security wall.

The hotel's new bombproof wall -- which is 14 feet (3.5-meter) high and 15 feet thick -- is capable of absorbing the shock of even a massive explosion like the one in September.

"The Marriott's reconstruction has sent a strong signal that no terrorist can wipe out the vitality of the people of Pakistan, who want to live a normal life," defence analyst Talat Masood told AFP

Ready to have one more adventure ?
Who is in who is out we can tell easily now, so what India is doing or planing is completely out of the way, India should stop making life more difficult in this world. That's what most of the countries told to India. India should stop the Blame Game and start cooperating with all nations including Pakistan and talk about PEACE.

Also Indian should STOP MEDIA WAR against its neighbours.

Happy Holidays !!!

Real picture is here:

The Founder of the Pakistan " Millet Ka Pasban Hay Mohammad Ali Jinnah "

Born on December 25, 1876, in a prominent mercantile family in Karachi.
"We are a nation"
They claimed in the ever eloquent words of the Quaid-i-Azam- "We are a nation with our own distinctive culture and civilization, language and literature, art and architecture, names and nomenclature, sense of values and proportion, legal laws and moral code, customs and calandar, history and tradition, aptitudes and ambitions; in short, we have our own distinctive outlook on life and of life. By all canons of international law, we are a nation". The formulation of the Musim demand for Pakistan in 1940 had a tremendous impact on the nature and course of Indian politics. On the one hand, it shattered for ever the Hindu dreams of a pseudo-Indian, in fact, Hindu empire on British exit from India: on the other, it heralded an era of Islamic renaissance and creativity in which the Indian Muslims were to be active participants. The Hindu reaction was quick, bitter, malicious.Equally hostile were the British to the Muslim demand, their hostility having stemmed from their belief that the unity of India was their main achievement and their foremost contribution. The irony was that both the Hindus and the British had not anticipated the astonishingly tremendous response that the Pakistan demand had elicited from the Muslim masses.

Above all, they faild to realize how a hundred million people had suddenly become supremely conscious of their distinct nationhood and their high destiny. In channelling the course of Muslim politics towards Pakistan, no less than in directing it towards its consummation in the establishment of Pakistan in 1947, non played a more decisive role than did Quaid-i-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah. It was his powerful advocacy of the case of Pakistan and his remarkable strategy in the delicate negotiations, that followed the formulation of the Pakistan demand, particularly in the post-war period, that made Pakistan inevitable. It was, therefore, with a sense of supreme satisfaction at the fulfilment of his mission that Jinnah told the nation in his last message on 14 August, 1948: "The foundations of your State have been laid and it is now for you to build and build as quickly and as well as you can". In accomplishing the task he had taken upon himself on the morrow of Pakistan's birth, Jinnah had worked himself to death, but he had, to quote richard Symons, "contributed more than any other man to Pakistan's survivial". He died on 11 September, 1948. How true was Lord Pethick Lawrence, the former Secretary of State for India, when he said, "Gandhi died by the hands of an assassin; Jinnah died by his devotion to Pakistan".

A man such as Jinnah, who had fought for the inherent rights of his people all through his life and who had taken up the somewhat unconventional and the largely mininterpreted cause of Pakistan, was bound to generate violent opposition and excite implacable hostility and was likely to be largely misunderstood. But what is most remarkable about Jinnah is that he was the recepient of some of the greatest tributes paid to any one in modern times, some of them even from those who held a diametrically opposed viewpoint. The Aga Khan considered him "the greatest man he ever met", Beverley Nichols, the author of `Verdict on India', called him "the most important man in Asia", and Dr. Kailashnath Katju, the West Bengal Governor in 1948, thought of him as "an outstanding figure of this century not only in India, but in the whole world". While Abdul Rahman Azzam Pasha, Secretary General of the Arab League, called him "one of the greatest leaders in the Muslim world", the Grand Mufti of Palestine considered his death as a "great loss" to the entire world of Islam. It was, however, given to Surat Chandra Bose, leader of the Forward Bloc wing of the Indian National Congress, to sum up succinctly his personal and political achievements. "Mr Jinnah",he said on his death in 1948, "was great as a lawyer, once great as a Congressman, great as a leader of Muslims, great as a world politician and diplomat, and greatestof all as a man of action, By Mr. Jinnah's passing away, the world has lost one of the greatst statesmen and Pakistan its life-giver, philosopher and guide". Such was Quaid-i-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah, the man and his mission, such the range of his accomplishments and achievements.

Happy Eid to all

Share your Eid with poor people:
Can you enjoy only this eid with poor ? if yes than step out and share your eid with them if you cant do this its mean your eid is not eid its an cultural event for you.

Eid is not just to have BBQ or enjoy outing parties even people drink during the eid, watch movies, stayed out late night, listen songs loud, watch mujras, dance naked and what not.

Few thoughts:

We are forgetting what is the real meaning of Eid-ul-Adha ?
Why we do Qurbany ?
Why we have people on roads ?
Why these youth does not have shoes to wear, warm cloths etc ?
Why people are sleeping with no food at all ?

Here are few points which I catch from the Khutba at Arafat:

  • Women should not forget her duties, such as taking care of family.
  • Avoid all those media channels who take us towards the wrong track.
  • We all should come to common terms.
  • Mohammad (PBUH) did fast (ROZA) today.
  • Bloodshed by the super power is a negative act and Allah does not like it at all.
  • Oh people be ready for that day when one day will be equal to fifty thousand years long.

Lovely December

All the leaves are brown And the sky is grey I went for a walk On a winter's day !!
"Now the seasons are closing their fileson each of us, the heavy drawersfull of certificates rolling backinto the tree trunks, a few old papersflocking away. Someone we lovedhas fallen from our thoughts, making a little, glittering splashlike a bicycle pushed by a breeze.Otherwise, not much has happened;we fell in love again, findingthat one red reather on the wind."-
Ted Kooser, Year's End
For You !
I love the December in many ways
Do not disturb me while I sleep in my PJ's
I wake up with the cup of coffee
I love these trees while they are turning into brown sleeves
Soon this road will wear a white dress
Than I call to my friend and play chess
When I think of her who was mine, although I was able to make a shrine
My thoughts, heart and breath starts beating fast
At the end everyone goes with the cast !!
